Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple salsa recipe perfect for mexican side dishes



  1. Heat a griddle pan to medium-high.
  2. Slice the pineapple flesh into small chunks and add to the griddle pan.
  3. Dry fry the pineapple chunks until charred, turning occasionally.
